Pharmacies, like many businesses, require a number of moving parts in order to keep operations running smoothly. Guardian of Minnesota is no exception. We have several departments that keep our pharmacy going, and we’d like to highlight one of our most important teammates. Overseeing both the staff pharmacists and the pharmacy staff as a whole, our pharmacist in charge, Trace Roller, does a great job at maintaining the balance needed in order to run a successful operation.
Trace has been with Guardian of Minnesota almost since the beginning. Like our entire pharmacist team, Trace is responsible for answering clinical questions from our facilities and verifying prescriptions. As the pharmacist in charge, Trace also manages workflow and scheduling and ensures our pharmacy operations are compliant with regulations. His role requires a lot of responsibility, and he’s key in supporting our pharmacy as it grows.
Our team all agrees that Trace is very passionate about his work. We know that the staff and our customers make Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota a great place to work, and Trace is a leader in our “family away from home.”
