Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota has a great team of employees who work toward the common goal of providing exceptional service to our customers and making sure the pharmacy runs smoothly. One important role is managing purchasing for our pharmacy, a position held by Chris Bemis. This job is crucial to our pharmacy’s success.
Chris has worked at Guardian Minnesota for more than two years and has embraced the position fully. In order to provide the best service to our customers, we manually order our medications, so Chris focuses heavily on researching medication costs and maintaining inventory. One of his key responsibilities is staying informed on upcoming product shortages. Sometimes we receive more advanced notice of these changes than other times, but Chris is always making sure we’ve created a solution to minimize the impact on our customers.
When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Chris says he loves the fact that every day is different and brings new challenges. From price shopping medications to managing our current inventory, he loves the unique and important tasks he completes each day.
Guardian Minnesota is privileged to have Chris as a part of our team. No matter what is thrown his way, he accepts the challenge.
