Hailing from North Dakota, Casey Halcrow’s first career started at age 10 working on his family’s farm growing small grains and sugar beets. Upon graduating from high school, he took a job coaching all levels of summer baseball, from little league to American legion. Casey likes to say he went from farmer to pharmacist, but his route was not exactly linear. After graduating from college with a psychology degree and a working a brief stint as a poker dealer, Casey realized he wanted to pursue a degree in pharmacy. In 2010, Casey graduated with his pharmacy degree and began managing a series of retail pharmacies and the Discharge Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, eventually becoming the Director of Operations at Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota. Casey very much enjoys the challenges and opportunities of the position as well as the fantastic people at Guardian.
Casey lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Maddie (almost 4) and Hank (almost 1). Most evenings and weekends he can be found reading books, building block towers, and playing monster with his most important bosses.
